Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

Orlando is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Orlando is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Authentic Sichuan cuisine from China. Aside from the relatively high price, the taste is absolutely fantastic. If you enjoy Chinese food, this is definitely a good place for a date.

This restaurant is the best Szechuan food in the United States and a most authentic one, it deserves more than a bib Gourmet rating. I am someone who is from China and my friend from Szechuan. Chef Tangβs culinary skills with his boiled flank steak, vegetable stir pot shows the excellence and authenticity of Szechuan cuisine, with everything handmade(most Chinese restaurants now always use pre-processed fillings for dumplings. Also given Chef Tangβs extensive background in cooking, working in China, US, Japan he is really one of the best Chinese chefs in the U.S. with him monitoring every dish being authentic and every cook in the kitchen being from Szechuan. It is the best exemplary of Szechuan cuisine as it takes on the global stage being at Orlando. It is more than just a food experience, it is a cultural experience to China, and a home for Chinese people.

Love it! The food is absolutely delicious! The restaurant is a little pricey, but it's totally worth it! The hot & sour soup is the best! Also, the dumplings. We definitely will come back!

Came here for our Chinese New Year's Eve dinner which was overall a great choice. The atmosphere was nice and the chairs comfy. Service was very slow however and we had to flag our waiter on multiple occasions. There was only 2 people working and the restaurant full but there didn't seem to be any designated sections. He had tables all over the restaurant which is a bit ridiculous when busy and made it difficult to get his attention. Food wise we did the Dan Dan noodles, Sichuan dumplings, boiled fish, and the hot spicy dry vegetable wok. The dumplings and noodles were both fantastic and sauces so delicious. The spiciness was perfect and very authentic. The vegetable dish was also really good and came with steam rice which was nice. The boiled fish was market price and at $69 definitely quite expensive but it was the best we've had in a restaurant. Overall a great option for authentic Sichuan food and will be back next time we're in Orlando but hopefully they fix the service issue.

Their menu is very well arranged to begin with. The pictures are so appetizing! The real dishes are big in portions. The crispy rice soup is so special and definitely worth a try. The beef stew is also well braised and flavored. It is a rare find for chinese cuisine! The service was also superb
